Release date for Home Work

I finally got an official release date from MLR for the third Life Lessons book, Home Work. It will release on Oct. 5th. (MLR has started to release just two books a week to keep quality high, and I guess there are twelve books ahead of mine in the queue.) I’m sorry it’s not sooner, but excited to be able to make some plans.

  1. I think I honestly just shrieked. And then I groaned. But it’s ok. I’ve literally been stalking your blog and MLR’s upcoming page for weeks hoping for a release date – and while I’m totally bummed that it’s not until October, I’m absolutely giddy that there’s a solid date. Just means I have time to go back and reread Life Lessons and Breaking Cover (and the snippets in between) for probably the seventh or eighth time. Freaking squee!

    • That was about my reaction too. This one took twice as long to get through the system as my first two. At the same time, I’m glad the publisher is taking care to keep up standards. And the other advantage to the new system is getting a firm date earlier. With Breaking Cover I got the release date 5 days before it actually came out, which didn’t leave much time for publicity.

I’m so pleased you like my stuff enough to reread it, and I hope you’ll enjoy Home Work. Thanks for taking the time to stop by.

  2. I`m so happy to know the date! I just love this serie and look for this book every day at Amazon! Do you know when we can pre order it?

    • MLR doesn’t do pre-orders unfortunately. It comes out from MLR on the 5th and should be on Amazon from 1-3 days after that, depending on how quickly Amazon gets around to posting it. I’m glad you’re looking forward to it.
