…and also because I am not the most organized person in the world, I am happy to realize announce that my other anthology story, Gift of the Goddess, will release in the Storm Moon Press anthology Carved in Flesh on Friday Sept 14th. Um, yeah, this Friday. Which means I’ll have three new stories out in the span of a month once Home Work releases. Hopefully that means something for everyone. Gift of the Goddess … Read more

Writing LGBTQ stories

Welcome to this Rainbow blog hop. The organizers asked each of us to answer the question: what does writing LGBTQ fiction mean to me? The first time I wrote a story in my head where two guys kissed, I think I was about fourteen. Being pretty naïve (and living in the days before the Internet) I had no idea where they would go from there, so I wrote a lot of fade-to-black. But the sex … Read more

Release date for Home Work

I finally got an official release date from MLR for the third Life Lessons book, Home Work. It will release on Oct. 5th. (MLR has started to release just two books a week to keep quality high, and I guess there are twelve books ahead of mine in the queue.) I’m sorry it’s not sooner, but excited to be able to make some plans.

Show Me Yours

Show Me Yours cover

Show Me Yours, my second free story for the M/M Romance group’s Love is Always Right event, is now posted. You can download it from Goodreads here in several formats, hopefully this time with the gorgeous cover from Enny Kraft in place. Josh and Trey have been friends since they were kids, but Josh moved away when they were both seventeen. Their bond has been thinned by distance, by the weight of secrets withheld and … Read more

A pair of shorts

Not that kind! *minds out of the gutter* I just got an acceptance for a story I recently wrote and submitted, about a gymnast who is Olympics-bound. The title is Tumbling Dreams and it will probably end up around 18,000 words. It’s for an anthology on the Olympics titled Going for Gold from MLR press. The plan is to release the anthology around the end of August, so it will mean some pretty fast editing, … Read more
